When a file is queued twice, it's impossible to delete the second file from the queue

Description

Sometimes I manage to queue a file twice, once because double-clicking in the search results window queues it, and once because I download the entire folder.

In that case, the second entry in my queue shows the user as offline, and it's impossible to delete it. It's gone, however, after restarting museeq/museek+

I think the fix here is to prevent queuing the same file from the same user, even if they have different download destinations?

Quite strange... There's already a mechanism to prevent this kind of situations. Does it happen with every user? Is it specific to some client (official/nicotine/museek/...)?

How can I check what client the other user users? (besides asking them ;-)) I'll try to investigate more on how to reliably reproduce this.
