Change History

It works for me. Note that the history is empty every time you start museeq. Is that what your talking about?

Hmm, right now it seems to be working somewhat, but not perfectly. For now I've searched 3 different things, but only 2 of them show up in history. I did some more searches and every one of them shows up in there, but still not the fist one - no matter how many times I search it again. The string not appearing in history was: "Vertigo Steps"

But yet again.. it wasn't a case after restarting Museeq. So.. some kind of anomaly :)

So.. a restart again and now 2 of the first searches won't show up in history. Searches from the 3rd on do.

Ok. This seems to be a Qt bug. The history is created by the QCompleter used by the QComboBox.

Which Qt version are you using? you should try with latest (maybe 4.5 if possible). If you still have the problem, we'll have to report it to Qt bug tracker.

  • Milestone changed from Release 0.2.0 to Release 0.3

comment:6 Changed 4 years ago by lbponey

  • Milestone Release 0.3 deleted

This is not blocking 0.3. Tell us if you still have the problem.

i found mystic here! if use one-word search strings (e.g. "1349" and then "aborted" and then "megadeth"), the list doesn't drop down. but if search string contain two or more words (lets say "judas priest"), this search and all searches after (no matter one or more words) will be shown in dropdown list. no matter would this search be first or not after musseq startup, but after 2+ words search othrs are shown, museeq -V shows 0.3 and aptitude says 1:0.2+svn20091221.r1204-1
